White Glove Delivery Service

White-Glove Service carries the item you ordered inside your home and sets it down in the room you choose, including upstairs, downstairs, a basement, or any other accessible location. It stays in its packaging and nothing is assembled or wired. Add it at checkout where it is offered, and allow 2–5 business days beyond your shipping estimate for scheduling.

What’s Included:

✔ Inside Delivery – The item is carried into your home and placed where you want it, rather than left at the curb.
✔ Multi-Level Placement – Upstairs, downstairs, or across the house, provided the route is accessible.
✔ Careful Handling – The delivery team uses protective equipment to prevent damage to floors and doorways.

What’s Not Included:

✖ No Assembly or Installation – The item remains in its original packaging. Assembly is yours to arrange. On saunas we sell Premium Installation separately, which does include assembly.
✖ No Electrical, Gas or Plumbing Work – This service does not connect anything to power, gas or water. That work has to meet your local code and pass local inspection, so it should be arranged with a licensed trade in your own area.
✖ No Unpacking or Haul-Away – If you want the packaging removed, add Haul-Away Service for an additional fee, and request it before delivery is scheduled.

Before Your Delivery:

• Clear the route from the street to the room where the item is going.
• Measure your doorways, hallways and staircases against the crated dimensions on the product page. The team cannot make an item fit a route it does not fit.
• Request Haul-Away Service before delivery is scheduled if you want it.

Scheduling:

Allow 2–5 business days after shipping for scheduling. Our team contacts you before delivery to confirm where the item is going and to check the route.

Refund & Cancellation:

White-Glove Service can be cancelled up to 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. Once the delivery is complete the service fee is non-refundable.
