This service ensures your sauna is carefully transported inside your home and placed in your desired room, whether on the first floor, second floor, basement, or any other accessible location.

What’s Included:

✔ Inside Delivery – The sauna will be carried inside your home and placed in your preferred location.
✔ Multi-Level Placement – Whether it's upstairs, downstairs, or across the house, our team ensures proper placement.
✔ Careful Handling – Delivery personnel use protective equipment to prevent damage to floors and doorways.

What’s Not Included:

✖ No Assembly or Installation – The sauna remains in its original packaging, and customers are responsible for assembly.
✖ No Electrical Work – This service does not include wiring or connecting the sauna to power.
✖ No Unpacking or Haul-Away – If you’d like packaging materials removed, you may add Haul-Away Service for an additional fee.

Customer Responsibilities:

🔹 Ensure the path to the installation area is clear and accessible before delivery.
🔹 Verify that the sauna will fit through doorways, hallways, and staircases.
🔹 If Haul-Away Service is needed, request it before delivery is scheduled.

Availability & Scheduling:

• Additional scheduling time may be required (typically 2–5 business days after shipping).
• Our team will contact you before delivery to confirm your placement preferences.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• White-Glove Service can be canceled up to 48 hours before delivery for a full refund.
• Once delivery is completed, the service fee is non-refundable.
