What separates the models

The numbering runs 5, 6 Plus, 7 Plus, 8 and X, and it tracks the roller track and the number of massage stages rather than a different machine. The 5 at $4,599 and the X at $10,599 both give you a full-body massage; the dearer models reach further down the back on an L-track and add stages and finer control.

Measure before you choose

A full-recline chair needs clearance behind it, and the number that matters is how far it sits from the wall reclined, not its upright footprint. Some models need two feet or more. This is the most common reason a chair goes back, and it is worth checking before the model comparison rather than after.

Delivery

Free shipping to the lower 48, no minimum, and it stops at the curb — the crate is left at the end of your driveway. Getting it inside is a $600 white-glove upgrade. Getting it inside and assembled is $1,800, which covers everything except electrical work: we recommend you hire a local electrician for that, because the wiring has to meet your local code and pass local inspection. Service fees are non-refundable: if the sauna goes back, the installation does not.
