What the price is actually buying
A chiller. The cheap end of the cold plunge market is a tub you fill with ice, and the work is yours every session. These hold temperature on their own, which is the difference between a plunge you use daily and one you use when you have planned for it. Four of the six run on a standard 120V supply, so most do not need a circuit run.
Barrel or bath
The IceBarrel is 53 inches and upright, the IceBath 89 to 96 inches and full-length. Upright takes less floor and less water to chill; full-length lets you submerge to the neck lying down. That is the decision, and it is about your space and how you want to use it rather than about specification.
Delivery
Free shipping to the lower 48, no minimum, and it stops at the curb — the crate is left at the end of your driveway. Getting it inside is a $600 white-glove upgrade. Getting it inside and assembled is $1,800, which covers everything except electrical work: we recommend you hire a local electrician for that, because the wiring has to meet your local code and pass local inspection. Service fees are non-refundable: if the sauna goes back, the installation does not.
