Availability of Payment Methods
Available payment methods may vary depending on your device, browser, billing address, shipping address, order amount, fraud-screening results, payment-provider eligibility, checkout configuration, and the payment methods enabled or made available through Shopify, Shopify Payments, or other third-party payment providers.
Certain payment methods may appear, disappear, or be displayed differently at checkout. Shopify, Shopify Payments, payment processors, wallet providers, financing providers, card networks, banks, or other third-party providers may add, remove, approve, decline, restrict, or modify the availability of payment methods at any time.
InHouse Wellness does not guarantee that every payment method listed on this page will be available for every order or customer.
Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable sales tax, VAT, or duties as required by local laws. Taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
How to Pay
When you're ready to complete your purchase, proceed to the checkout page and select your preferred payment method. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transaction. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. You may also place your order by contacting us directly.
Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment providers, which may include card networks, banks, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Venmo, Affirm, or other payment processors and wallet providers made available at checkout.
By selecting a third-party payment method, you may also be subject to that provider’s terms, privacy policy, financing agreement, payment authorization terms, dispute procedures, and eligibility requirements. InHouse Wellness is not responsible for the acts, omissions, approval decisions, declines, holds, delays, fees, financing terms, chargeback decisions, or dispute-resolution procedures of third-party payment providers.
We encourage you to review the applicable third-party payment provider’s terms before using that payment method.

Payment Security
Your security is our top priority. InHouse Wellness uses industry-standard security measures, including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, to help protect personal and financial information transmitted through our website.
Payment information is processed through Shopify Payments and/or PCI-compliant third-party payment providers. InHouse Wellness does not store full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or CVV/security codes on its own systems. Payment card data, wallet information, financing information, and transaction details may be collected, processed, transmitted, stored, or reviewed by Shopify, Shopify Payments, payment processors, card networks, banks, wallet providers, financing providers, fraud-prevention vendors, and other service providers as necessary to process transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and provide payment services.
For your protection, please do not email or text us your full payment card number, CVV/security code, banking credentials, wallet credentials, or other sensitive payment information.
Payment Authorization, Capture, and Processing Time
Most payment methods are authorized instantly at checkout, allowing us to begin reviewing and processing your order. Authorization means the payment provider has confirmed that the payment method appears valid and that funds or credit may be available. Authorization does not guarantee final acceptance, capture, settlement, or shipment of your order.
For in-stock items, payment may be authorized at checkout and captured when the order is accepted for processing, submitted to the supplier, reserved with the manufacturer or distributor, prepared for shipment, or shipped.
For backordered, pre-order, special-order, supplier-confirmed, or delayed-shipment items, payment may be captured before shipment after customer confirmation, when necessary to reserve inventory, maintain the order, prevent authorization expiration, secure supplier allocation, or comply with the applicable payment provider’s authorization rules.
Some payment methods, including PayPal eChecks, bank-based payments, financing methods, installment payments, fraud-screened transactions, or manually reviewed payments, may take several business days to clear. We may delay order processing until payment has cleared, been approved, or been accepted by the applicable payment provider.
InHouse Wellness reserves the right to delay, hold, cancel, or refuse any order if payment authorization, capture, settlement, fraud screening, financing approval, address verification, or payment-provider approval is unsuccessful, incomplete, reversed, disputed, or suspected to be unauthorized or fraudulent.
Financing and Installment Payments
If Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, or another financing or installment option is available at checkout, approval is subject to the financing provider’s eligibility criteria, credit review, terms, disclosures, and payment schedule. InHouse Wellness does not control financing approval, repayment terms, interest, late fees, credit reporting, payment schedules, financing disclosures, or financing-provider decisions.
Refunds, cancellations, disputes, and chargebacks involving financed or installment purchases may be handled according to both our Refund & Return Policy and the applicable financing provider’s terms.
Payment Issues, Declines, Reviews, and Verification
If you experience a payment issue, please contact our customer support team. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you; however, many payment issues must be resolved directly with your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, financing provider, PayPal, Shopify, or other applicable payment provider.
For fraud prevention, order protection, legal compliance, and payment-network compliance, we or our payment providers may request additional verification before accepting or fulfilling an order. This may include verification of billing information, shipping information, identity, payment authorization, or order details.
We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or refuse any order that appears suspicious, unauthorized, fraudulent, high-risk, unverifiable, or inconsistent with our policies or the requirements of our payment providers.

Chargebacks, Reversals, and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us first at support@inhousewellness.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.
Submitting a chargeback, payment reversal, financing dispute, or payment-provider dispute may delay resolution and may be subject to the rules of your card issuer, bank, financing provider, wallet provider, payment processor, or payment network. We reserve the right to provide order records, shipment records, delivery confirmations, communications, refund records, product information, and other relevant documentation to payment providers, banks, card networks, financing providers, fraud-prevention vendors, carriers, suppliers, and other parties involved in investigating or resolving a payment dispute.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information and for ensuring that any payment method used is authorized for the transaction.
