All orders are subject to availability, supplier confirmation, payment authorization, fraud screening, verification, and acceptance by InHouse Wellness. We reserve the right to refuse, hold, modify, or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, supplier issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, payment-provider decline, failed verification, or violation of our policies.

Payment Processing: Payments for purchases on the Website are processed through Shopify Payments and/or secure third-party payment providers. These may include card networks, banks, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Venmo, Affirm, wallet providers, financing providers, fraud-prevention vendors, and other payment processors made available at checkout. We do not store full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or CVV/security codes on our own systems.

Third-Party Payment Terms: By using a third-party payment method, you may also be subject to that provider’s terms, privacy policy, financing agreement, payment authorization terms, and dispute procedures. InHouse Wellness is not responsible for the acts, omissions, approval decisions, declines, holds, delays, fees, financing terms, chargeback decisions, or dispute-resolution procedures of third-party payment providers.

Authorization and Capture: Payment may be authorized at checkout and captured when the order is accepted for processing, submitted to the supplier, reserved with the manufacturer or distributor, prepared for shipment, or shipped. For backordered, pre-order, special-order, supplier-confirmed, or delayed-shipment items, payment may be captured before shipment after customer confirmation, when necessary to reserve inventory, maintain the order, prevent authorization expiration, secure supplier allocation, or comply with applicable payment-provider authorization rules.

Taxes: Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, and similar governmental charges. Taxes and applicable charges may be calculated based on the shipping address, billing address, order details, or other legally relevant information and added automatically at checkout where applicable.

Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and account information for all purchases. You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted in connection with an order. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delay, cancellation, failed delivery, additional verification, or inability to process a refund.

Fraud Review and Verification: We and our payment providers may request additional information to verify an order, payment method, billing information, shipping information, identity, or authorization. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears suspicious, unauthorized, fraudulent, high-risk, unverifiable, or inconsistent with our policies or the requirements of our payment providers.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: If you believe there is an issue with your order, you agree to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, financing dispute, or payment-provider dispute, you authorize us to provide order records, shipment records, delivery confirmations, communications, refund records, product information, and other relevant documentation to payment providers, banks, card networks, financing providers, fraud-prevention vendors, carriers, suppliers, and other parties involved in investigating or resolving the dispute.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We provide estimated shipping and delivery timelines on the Website. However, these are only estimates, and actual shipping times may vary depending on external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or damages that occur once the product has been shipped.

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders to the continental USA (lower 48 states): Free shipping.

Handling Time: 1-10 business days.
Transit Time: 1-14 business days.
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day.
Note: Delivery time varies by brand. 
Dynamic Saunas, Golden Designs, Maxxus, Scandia, Dynamic Cold Therapy handling time is 1-5 days, with 1-5 day transit times.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a return and refund policy that allows you to return products within a specified time after receipt. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed instructions on returns and eligibility.

Limitations on Returns:

  • Products must be returned in unused, unopened, and resellable condition.

  • Certain products (e.g., hygiene products, customized items) may not be eligible for returns.

  • Refunds may not cover shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

For orders financed through Affirm or ShopPay, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting any non-refundable merchant processing fees incurred by InHouse Wellness as part of the original transaction.

Non-Refundable Fees: These fees, which cover costs such as processing charges, are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund. The specific fee amount or percentage will be determined based on the original transaction details.
