• Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via Ground or LTL Freight, depending on the size of the sauna
• Delivery Timeframe: Most orders ship within 7–10 business days from processing
• Tracking Info: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched

Curbside Delivery (Included)

• All saunas are delivered via curbside freight service
• The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery
• You are responsible for bringing the sauna into your home

Return Policy

• Eligible Returns: Uninstalled, unused saunas may be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Return Authorization Required: Email CustomerService@BathingBrands.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any product back
• Return Shipping:
• For shipping damage or Bathing Brands error, return shipping is covered
• For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping (insured using the same method it was delivered)
• Restocking Fees: No standard restocking fee; however, a re-boxing fee ($20–$50 depending on product) may be applied if new packaging is required
