Thank you for shopping at InHouseWellness.com. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
Our order process is designed to ensure that you receive the highest quality service. Here's how it works:

Order Verification: Once you place an order, we verify availability with manufacturers or authorized distributors within our network.

Payment Authorization and Capture: Payment may be authorized at checkout and captured when the order is accepted for processing, submitted to the supplier, reserved with the manufacturer or distributor, prepared for shipment, or shipped. For backordered, pre-order, special-order, supplier-confirmed, or delayed-shipment items, payment may be captured before shipment after customer confirmation, when necessary to reserve inventory, maintain the order, prevent authorization expiration, secure supplier allocation, or comply with applicable payment-provider authorization rules.

Order Placement: After successful payment authorization, your order is placed with the relevant supplier for fulfillment.

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping to the continental USA (lower 48 states) is FREE on all products.
Handling Time: 1-10 business days
Transit Time: 1-14 business days
Note: Delivery times vary based on brand. Orders paid through Affirm can delay shipping times by 5-7 days.
Brands:
Golden Designs, Maxxus, Dynamic Saunas and Dynamic Cold Therapy have a 10 business day delivery time.
Scandia, and Scandia Manufacturing products have a 14 business day delivery time.
Estimated Transit Time

General Transit Timeframe: 1-14 days after shipment.
3. Pre-Order & Special Order Items

For items that are Pre-Order or Out of Stock, additional terms apply:

Customers will be emailed or called to confirm they are willing to wait for extended shipping times before their payment is processed.

The estimated shipping time provided for Pre-Order items is an estimate only and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

We strive to keep customers updated on any changes in estimated delivery times.

We can handle special orders outside the continental USA, but this is not part of our standard shipping practice. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote if you are outside this region.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track the delivery status via the carrier’s website.

The freight carrier may vary depending on available rates and service quality.

Most freight companies will attempt to contact you 1-2 days before delivery to schedule a drop-off time. While this is common practice, it is not guaranteed.
Delivery Options:

Standard Delivery: Curbside drop-off only. Customers are responsible for bringing the item inside.

White-Glove & Premium Installation Services: Available for an additional fee at checkout.
5. International Shipping

We can handle special orders outside the continental USA, but it is not our standard offering. Please contact us for custom arrangements.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

InHouseWellness.com calculates your taxes, duties, and customs at the time of checkout and will be added within the shopping cart before you complete your purchase.
7. Damages

InHouseWellness.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged:

Contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We will assist in facilitating communication with the carrier or manufacturer when necessary.

8. Returns Policy

9. Delivery & Installation Services

We offer additional delivery and installation services for customers who want a more convenient setup experience. These services must be selected at checkout and are subject to availability in your area.
White-Glove Service Upgrade:

Includes inside delivery to any room in your home, regardless of floor level.

Does not include unpacking, assembly, or installation.
-
Additional fees apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Add 2–5 business days for scheduling and coordination.
Premium Installation Service:

Includes White-Glove Service (inside placement) + full assembly and installation.
-
May include electrical work (e.g., wiring the sauna to a dedicated circuit).

The base installation fee at checkout covers delivery and initial setup costs.

Customers will be billed separately for additional labor:

Assembly & installation: $50–$75 per hour, per person (varies by region).

Electrical work: $75–$150+ per hour (based on local electrician rates).
