Eligibility for Returns:

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Condition of Items: All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
Manufacturer’s Return Policy: As part of our dropshipping model, we adhere to the manufacturer’s return policy. Please be aware that each supplier’s policy may vary, and we will assist you in following their specific return procedures.
Restocking Fees:

25% Restocking Fee: All returned products are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the original purchase price. A restocking fee is charged by the manufacturer and is applied to cover costs.

Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@inhousewellness.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): All returns require pre-approval and an RMA number from the manufacturer. We will guide you through this process.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days, minus any applicable fees.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assist you with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, following the supplier's return policy.

Shipping Details

Curbside Delivery:

All products are delivered curbside at your delivery address. The freight company will contact you 1-3 days before delivery to schedule a convenient time for your delivery.
Please note, customers are responsible for bringing the product inside once it is delivered to the curb.

White Glove Service (Optional Upgrade):

If you'd like your product brought inside and placed in a specific room, you can opt for our White Glove Service at checkout. This service includes inside delivery to any room in your home, regardless of floor level.

Please note that White Glove Service does not include unpacking, assembly, or installation.
Additional fees apply, which will be displayed at checkout, and 2-5 business days will be added for scheduling and coordination.

Premium Installation & Assembly (Optional Upgrade):

For customers who want full assembly and installation, we offer a Premium Installation Service. This includes the White Glove Service (inside placement) along with complete assembly and setup of your product.

If applicable, electrical work may be required (e.g., wiring a sauna to a dedicated circuit).
The base fee covers the delivery and initial setup. Additional labor costs will apply for assembly and installation, charged at $50–$75 per hour, per person (rate varies by region), and $75–$150+ per hour for electrical work (based on local electrician rates).

3–10 business days may be required for scheduling, depending on installer availability.

Estimated Delivery Time:

General Delivery Timeframe: Shipping times generally range from 5 to 30 days after shipment, but delivery may extend up to 60 days depending on the supplier and location.

West Coast Delivery: Typically takes 7-10 days from shipment.
East Coast Delivery: Typically takes 14-18 days from shipment.
Custom or Specialty Products: Some items, such as Ripavi saunas, may take 90-120 days as they are built to order and shipped from Finland.
Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. This number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to track your order’s progress directly via the carrier’s website.
