This upgrade includes full placement, assembly, and optional electrical connection, ensuring your sauna is properly set up and ready for use.

What’s Included:

✔ White-Glove Service – Sauna delivered inside your home and placed in the room of your choice (including multi-level homes).
✔ Full Assembly & Setup – Professional installers will unbox and fully assemble your sauna.
✔ Optional Electrical Work – Licensed electricians (if required) can wire your sauna to your home’s electrical system.

How Pricing Works:

• Base Installation Fee – The amount paid at checkout covers delivery, inside placement, and initial setup coordination.
• Additional Labor Fees (Billed Separately After Service):
  • Sauna Assembly: $50–$75 per hour, per person (varies by location).
  • Electrician Work: $75–$150+ per hour, depending on area and requirements.
• Final costs will depend on your location, available installers, and complexity of the setup.
• An estimate will be provided prior to installation, but final labor fees must be paid. We will alert you if your total amount goes over $2,000.

What’s Not Included:

✖ Modifications to your home’s electrical wiring beyond the sauna setup.
✖ Structural changes, drywall cutting, or floor leveling.
✖ Permits or additional inspections required by local laws.

Customer Responsibilities:

🔹 Ensure the installation area is clear and accessible before delivery.
🔹 Confirm that your home’s electrical system supports the sauna’s power requirements.
🔹 Understand that final labor costs will be billed separately based on actual hours worked.

Availability & Scheduling:

• Additional scheduling time may be required (typically 3–10 business days after delivery).
• Our team or the local installer will contact you to arrange a suitable installation date.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be requested at least 5 days before installation to avoid fees.
• Premium Installation Service is non-refundable once setup has begun.
