Take the hassle out of setting up your sauna with our Premium Installation Service, designed for customers who want a seamless, professional experience from start to finish. This upgrade includes full placement, unboxing and assembly, ensuring your sauna is properly set up and ready for use.
What’s Included:
✔ White-Glove Service – Sauna delivered inside your home and placed in the room of your choice (including multi-level homes).
✔ Full Assembly & Setup – Professional installers will unbox and fully assemble your sauna.
✖ Electrical connection – not included, by design. See “How Pricing Works” below.
How Pricing Works:
- $1,800, all in. The amount paid at checkout covers inside delivery, placement in the room of your choice, unboxing and full assembly. There is no separate assembly labour bill afterwards.
- Electrical work is not included, and that is deliberate. Sauna wiring has to meet your local electrical code and pass local inspection, so we recommend you hire a licensed electrician in your own area rather than have us send someone who may not be certified where you live. Local rates typically run $75 to $150 an hour.
- Anything beyond this package is quoted hourly — custom carpentry, moving an existing unit, or work on the room itself.
- Non-refundable once work begins. Cancellations need at least 5 days’ notice before the installation date.
What’s Not Included:
✖ Modifications to your home’s electrical wiring beyond the sauna setup.
✖ Structural changes, drywall cutting, or floor leveling.
✖ Permits or additional inspections required by local laws.
Customer Responsibilities:
🔹 Ensure the installation area is clear and accessible before delivery.
🔹 Confirm that your home’s electrical system supports the sauna’s power requirements.
Availability & Scheduling:
- Additional scheduling time may be required (typically 3–10 business days after delivery).
- Our team or the local installer will contact you to arrange a suitable installation date.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be requested at least 5 days before installation to avoid fees.
- Premium Installation Service is non-refundable once setup has begun.
