What the range covers

Thirteen units in stock: eight infrared and five traditional. Ten state a capacity, two to six people. The $28,649 unit at the top is a commercial model, specified for repeated daily cycles rather than household use, and it is not the same purchase as the rest of the range. A further eleven Medical Saunas models are out of stock with the supplier, six traditional and five infrared, spread across the same price band as the thirteen above. If a specific model is not listed, it is worth asking rather than assuming it is discontinued.

Power

Six of the 13 need a 240V supply and three run on standard 120V. Settle that first: a 240V circuit is an electrician's job quoted separately, and it decides whether you are installing next week or next month.

On the name

Medical Saunas is the manufacturer's brand name. We do not publish health claims for these or anything else, and the name is not one. Judge them on the cabin, the heater and the electrical requirement.

Delivery

Free shipping to the lower 48, no minimum, and it stops at the curb — the crate is left at the end of your driveway. Getting it inside is a $600 white-glove upgrade. Getting it inside and assembled is $1,800, which covers everything except electrical work: we recommend you hire a local electrician for that, because the wiring has to meet your local code and pass local inspection. Service fees are non-refundable: if the sauna goes back, the installation does not.
