• Scheduled freight delivery – This Sauna Sanctuary ships by appointment. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window so you can plan to be on-site.
  
• Curbside delivery on a pallet – The sauna is shipped secured on a wooden pallet. The driver is responsible for curbside delivery only and will lower the shipment to ground level at the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible location.
  
• No indoor placement or installation by the driver – Freight drivers do not move items indoors, up stairs, or to backyards, and they do not perform installation. You will be responsible for moving the sauna components from curbside to the final location and arranging installation with your preferred professional, if needed.
