Took about 10 days to arrive which was a bit longer than the estimate. Once it got here though everything was in perfect condition and assembly was smooth. The Vittoria Elite ultra low EMF 2-person is a really quality sauna. The hemlock is beautiful, the heat is excellent, the chromotherapy is nice. Slight logistics delay but the product itself is 5 stars.
