• All ThermaSol products are shipped via Ground or LTL Freight, depending on the size and weight of the item
• Processing Time: Most orders ship within 7–10 business days after your order is processed
• Tracking Information: A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order leaves the warehouse

🏠 Delivery Details

• Curbside Delivery (Standard):
• Larger ThermaSol items (e.g., steam generators, rainheads, control packages) are delivered via freight
• The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
• Curbside delivery only — customers are responsible for moving the item into their home

🔁 Return Policy

• Return Eligibility: New, unused, and uninstalled ThermaSol products can be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Return Authorization Required: Contact CustomerService@BathingBrands.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before returning any item
• Return Shipping:
• If the return is due to shipping damage or a distributor error, Bathing Brands covers return shipping
• For standard returns, the customer is responsible for insured return shipping via the original delivery method (Ground or LTL)
• Re-boxing Fee: If new packaging is required, a $20–$50 re-boxing fee may be deducted from your refund
• Refunds: Issued after the product is inspected and confirmed to be in like-new condition. If damage is found, a claim must be submitted with the carrier.
