📦 Shipping Details

• Shipping Method: Orders ship via Ground or LTL Freight, depending on the sauna model and size
• Processing Time: Most SaunaLife saunas ship within 7–10 business days of order confirmation
• Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order leaves the warehouse

🏠 Curbside Delivery (Included)

• All SaunaLife products are delivered via curbside freight service
• The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient delivery appointment
• The customer is responsible for moving the product from the curb to its final installation location

🔁 Return Policy

• Return Window: New, uninstalled SaunaLife products can be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Return Authorization Required: Contact CustomerService@BathingBrands.com to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) before shipping any item back
• Return Shipping:
• If due to damage or distributor error: Bathing Brands covers return shipping
• Standard returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping and must insure the package
• Re-boxing Fee: If new packaging is needed, a $20–$50 re-boxing fee may apply depending on product size
• Inspection & Refund: Refunds are issued after inspection, assuming the item is returned undamaged

✅ Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty

All SaunaLife saunas come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for residential use, covering:

• Structural components
• Factory-assembled parts and workmanship
• Applies to the original retail purchaser only

This warranty ensures that your sauna is free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.

🔧 Warranty Service & Performance

If a defect is discovered:

• SaunaLife will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component
• Replacement parts may be new or factory reconditioned
• Repairs do not reset the original warranty period

SaunaLife may require photos or an inspection before authorizing returns. Labor, installation, and freight charges are not covered.

⚠️ What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear or natural weathering of wood
• Cosmetic changes from aging or use
• Sauna heaters and accessories (covered by their respective manufacturers)
• Labor costs for removal or installation
• Misuse, alterations, commercial use, or unauthorized repairs
• Damage from chemicals, harsh environments, or improper use

Using unapproved components or modifying the sauna in any way will void the warranty.

• Non-transferable
• Limited to residential applications only
• Void if the sauna is misused, altered, or used in non-residential or commercial environments
