1) How Order Processing Works

3) Pre-Order, Out-of-Stock, or Special Order Items

What Narvi Covers

Narvi’s limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

What’s Not Covered (Common Exclusions)

The Narvi warranty does not cover issues related to:

• Improper installation, alterations, misuse/abuse, negligence, accidents, or “acts of nature”
  
• Failure to follow Narvi installation, use, or maintenance instructions
  
• Consumable/wear items (including certain electrical components and sauna stones), except where explicitly listed above
  
• Using non-recommended stones, incorrect stone placement, or using chemicals/salts/decorative items that cause damage
  
• Product mismatch (e.g., incorrectly sized heater for the sauna room or non-intended use)
  
• Transportation or storage damage, or improper storage conditions
  
• Non-original parts, unauthorized repairs, removed/damaged product markings
  
• Rusting/sooting/discoloration caused by environmental conditions (e.g., humidity/ventilation/installation location)
  
• Labor, removal/re-installation, diagnostic/service calls, or shipping/transport costs
  

How Warranty Claims Are Handled

Any warranty claims should be communicated directly to Narvi. To help Narvi process a claim, be prepared to provide:

• Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)
  
• Product model/type designation and (if available) serial number
  
• Clear description of the issue, plus photos/videos as requested
  
• Installation and usage conditions (including sauna room details, if requested)
  

Important timing note: Narvi requires that defects be reported within a reasonable time, and no later than 14 days from when the defect is discovered (or should have been discovered).

Electrical installation requirement: Electric heaters must be installed and connected by a qualified electrician in accordance with Narvi instructions and applicable regulations.
