• Larger components (e.g., steam generators) may ship via LTL freight and require delivery appointments.
• Smaller accessories and controls are typically shipped via standard ground carriers.

🏠 Delivery Details

• Curbside delivery only for freight shipments — the carrier will lower the pallet to ground level but does not move it indoors.
• Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped.
• If you have any special delivery needs (gated access, remote location, etc.), contact us in advance so we can notify the carrier.

Mr. Steam will repair or replace (at its option) any of the above items if they fail due to defects in material or workmanship within 2 years of the purchase date.

• Was damaged due to local water conditions
• Was installed or operated not in accordance with the Mr. Steam Installation, Operation & Maintenance Manual

Additional exclusions include:

• Labor or installation costs to remove or reinstall components
• Products purchased or installed outside the U.S. or Canada
• Freight costs unless pre-authorized
• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness beyond 1 year
