Damages

InHouseWellness.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact the carrier immediately to file a claim, save all packaging and damaged goods, and we will assist with coordination and documentation as needed.

InHouse Wellness extends the Primo manufacturer warranty to the original purchaser. Warranty coverage, terms, and remedies are set by Primo. Any warranty claims should be communicated directly to Primo (or your authorized Primo dealer).

Primo’s warranty is provided as parts coverage based on the component:

• Limited Lifetime (parts): All ceramic parts
• Limited 5-Year (parts) against rust-through: All metal parts (excluding cast-iron parts)
• Limited 1-Year (parts) against rust-through: All cast-iron parts; all other parts & accessories (unless otherwise specified)
• Limited 30-Day (parts): Felt gaskets; thermometers

Notes About Corrosion / Finish

Metal surfaces can be affected by weather exposure, moisture, salt, scratches, and cleaning chemicals. The warranty typically does not cover rust, fading, surface blemishes, or oxidation unless it causes component failure that inhibits normal use of the grill.

What’s Not Covered (Common Exclusions)

Primo’s warranty generally does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, improper installation, accidents, or improper storage
• Labor, diagnostic/service calls, removal and reinstallation costs
• Freight/shipping charges related to warranty parts
• Issues caused by improper maintenance or failure to follow care instructions
• Unauthorized service, modifications, or non-approved replacement parts
• Claims not involving defects in materials or workmanship

Owner Responsibilities

• Install and use the grill in accordance with Primo instructions
• Maintain reasonable access to the grill for service
• Keep proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) to verify the purchase date and warranty period

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, contact Primo or your authorized Primo dealer and be prepared to provide:

• Model and serial number
