The Harvia KIP 80B sauna heater brings refined Finnish craftsmanship right into your home. This wall‑mounted, stainless steel unit delivers powerful 8 kW performance and features integrated controls right at your fingertips—perfectly blending functionality with minimalist design. It heats sauna rooms ranging from approximately 250 to 425 cubic feet, making it ideal for medium to larger spaces.

Featuring a large rock chamber wrapped in a protective stone guard and direct rock‑to‑element contact, the KIP 80B ensures rapid, uniform heat release and excellent thermal retention. Its dual‑wall construction stays cool to the touch outside, enhancing both comfort and safety. With the easy‑to‑use left‑dial temperature control and right‑dial on/off plus delay timer, you can preset your sauna to start up to 8 hours ahead and enjoy automatic shut‑off after 60 minutes.

  • Curbside Delivery (Standard):

    Larger Harvia items (like heaters or control systems) are delivered via freight service with curbside drop-off
  • The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
  • Customer is responsible for moving the product to its final location


🔁 Return Policy

  • Return Window: Harvia products can be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and uninstalled
  • Return Authorization Required: Email CustomerService@BathingBrands.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any item
  • Return Shipping:
  • If due to damage or distributor error: Bathing Brands covers the return shipping cost
  • Standard returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping (insured, using the same method it was delivered)
  • Restocking Fee: There is no fixed restocking fee, but a re-boxing fee ($20–$50) may apply if new packaging is needed
  • Refund Process: Products are inspected upon return; if undamaged, a refund is issued for the full amount paid, less any applicable re-boxing fees
  • If damage is found, you will be advised to file a claim with your carrier

Harvia products sold through InHouse Wellness are protected by a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended and installed properly.

Warranty Coverage – Residential Use

  • Sauna heaters, steam generators, control units, and heating products: 2 years
  • +1 extra year when registered at Harvia.com
  • Hot tubs and cold tubs: 2 years
  • Saunas (frames, panels, doors, hinges): 2 years
  • Covers manufacturing defects only
  • Accessories (excluding small consumables): 2 years


🏢 Warranty Coverage – Commercial or Non-Consumer Use

  • Electric heaters, steam generators, and control units (excluding wear-and-tear components): 2 years
  • Heating elements (including spares): 6 months
  • Wood-burning heaters: 6 months
  • Hot tubs and cold tubs: 6 months
  • Saunas (frames, panels, doors, hinges): 1 year
  • Covers manufacturing defects only
  • Accessories (excluding small consumables): 1 year
  • Spare parts (excluding heating elements): 1 year


Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including heating elements, relays, bulbs, stones, and other consumables
  • Natural wood aging (cracking, discoloration, shrinkage, pitch)
  • Damage from improper installation, misuse, harsh chemicals, or non-intended environments
  • Products altered or repaired without Harvia’s written approval
  • Products with missing or defaced safety or serial number labels
  • Use of non-Harvia parts or accessories


📌 Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty starts from the original purchase date
  • Applies only to new Harvia products sold through authorized dealers
  • Installation must be completed by a licensed professional per Harvia’s instructions
  • Products must be used under normal conditions as described in the owner’s manual
  • For visible defects, warranty claims must be submitted before installation
  • Warranty is void if the product is used outside of its intended residential or commercial classification


📦 Filing a Warranty Claim

  • Report defects within a reasonable time frame:
  • Within 2 months for residential customers
  • Within 14 days for commercial customers
  • Submit a written claim with:
  • Proof of purchase
  • Product serial number (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue and use conditions
  • Clear photos, especially for visible damage
  • Harvia may request the defective item be returned for inspection


⚖️ Legal & Limitations

  • Harvia may choose to repair, replace, or offer a price adjustment for defective products
  • Harvia is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits or project delays
  • For non-consumers, Finnish law governs the warranty terms
  • Consumers are protected under applicable local consumer laws
