• Delivery Method: Orders ship via freight carrier or ground service, depending on the size and weight of the product.
• Freight Appointments: Larger systems may require scheduled curbside delivery with liftgate service. The carrier will call in advance to arrange a delivery window.
• Packaging: Steam generators and components are carefully packaged to ensure protection during transit.
• Shipping Costs:
• Standard freight fees apply for contiguous U.S. delivery.
• Expedited or remote area shipping may require a custom quote.

✅ Residential Warranty Coverage

• Steam Bath Generator Parts (excluding electronics):
  
  Lifetime Limited Warranty for the original consumer purchaser, as long as they own the home in which the unit was originally installed.
• Electronic Parts, Controls, Spa Options & Accessories:
  
  2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of receipt.
• DFC will cover labor costs for repairs/replacements for up to 2 years, when approved in advance.

🏢 Commercial Warranty Coverage

For commercial installations (including spas, gyms, rentals, or hospitality settings):

• All parts (including electronic components, spa options, and accessories) are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of receipt.
• Labor coverage is provided for up to 90 days, with prior DFC approval.

⚠️ Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
• Damage from improper installation, use, or maintenance
• Outdoor installations or use in unconditioned/humid environments exceeding 104°F
• Freezing, natural disasters, or modified/altered components
• Use of residential units in commercial settings
• Units with altered or removed serial numbers
