How to Obtain Warranty Service

1. Contact Your Dealer:
   
   Have your proof of purchase, model, serial number, and gas type available.
2. Dealer Initiates Claim:
   
   The dealer will work with Empire (Broilmaster’s parent company) to process warranted parts.
3. Factory Support:
   
   Empire will provide replacement parts. Shipping costs are not covered.
4. Unresolved Issues:
   
   If service is unsatisfactory, contact Empire Consumer Relations through their online form.
