CalSauna Return Policy:

No Returns or Refunds: CalSauna does not generally accept returns or provide refunds. However, if you believe your product is defective or you wish to return it, we will assist you in the process as much as possible.

Replacement, Store Credit, or Refund: In some cases, you may be entitled to a replacement, store credit, or, at CalSauna’s discretion, a refund. All requests for a return, replacement, or refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Additional Protection for Unopened Items:

Unopened Products: If your product is unopened, we offer additional protection and will almost always provide a refund with a 25% restocking fee.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for any items being returned to us.
Product Inspection: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in original condition. If the product works properly and meets our return criteria, we will process the refund accordingly, minus the restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work directly with CalSauna to help resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

SHIPPING FOR CALSAUNA PRODUCTS

At InHouseWellness, we handle the shipping and freight for your CalSauna products to ensure smooth delivery. Here's what you need to know:

Shipping Process:

Order Handling: Once your order is placed and processed, we arrange for shipping directly from the warehouse. You will receive tracking information once your product is picked up by the freight carrier.

Standard Delivery: Delivery for CalSauna products is typically made via curbside drop-off. Please note that customers are responsible for bringing the product inside once it has been delivered to the curb.
Shipping Timeframes:

Estimated Shipping Time: Shipping typically takes 14-21 days, but may vary depending on the product and location. Delivery may extend up to 60 days depending on supplier and shipping conditions.
Tracking Updates: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
Optional Delivery & Installation Services:

White Glove Service: For a more convenient delivery experience, you can upgrade to our White Glove Service. This service includes inside delivery to any room in your home, regardless of floor level. Please note that this service does not include unpacking, assembly, or installation. Additional fees apply, and 2–5 business days will be added for scheduling and coordination.

Premium Installation & Assembly: You may also opt for our Premium Installation Service, which includes White Glove Service plus full assembly and installation of your CalSauna product. This may include electrical work, such as wiring the sauna to a dedicated circuit. Additional labor costs apply for assembly and installation, which will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 3–10 business days for scheduling based on installer availability.
Damage During Shipping:

Not Liable for Damages: While we take great care in ensuring your product is shipped safely, we are not responsible for damage during shipping. If your product arrives damaged, please contact the freight carrier directly to file a claim.

Working with CalSauna: If you encounter issues, please reach out to CalSauna directly for further assistance. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and the damaged product until the claim is processed.
