At InHouse Wellness, we manage the full freight and delivery process to ensure your Cal Spas sauna arrives securely and without hassle.

📦 Estimated Shipping Time

  • Typical Delivery Window: 14–21 days after your order is processed
  • Tracking Provided: A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your sauna leaves the warehouse. You can track the shipment directly via the freight carrier’s website.

  • Handled With Care: Once your order is confirmed, it is shipped directly from Cal Spas’ warehouse.
  • Standard Delivery: Includes curbside drop-off only. You will be contacted by the freight company to schedule a delivery window.

    Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to move the sauna indoors upon delivery.

Warranty Details

Warranty – Cal Spas Products Purchased Through InHouse Wellness

All Cal Spas hot tubs and swim spas purchased through InHouse Wellness are covered by the Cal Spas Limited Warranty, which we administer solely as required by Cal Spas’ dealer policies. While warranty claims must be submitted through InHouse Wellness, all warranty obligations—including service decisions, parts availability, technician scheduling, and repair timelines—are controlled entirely by Cal Spas, the manufacturer.

InHouse Wellness does not create, extend, modify, or enhance the manufacturer’s warranty in any way, and makes no guarantees regarding the speed, quality, timing, or outcome of any warranty service.

Role of InHouse Wellness (Administrative Only)

Cal Spas requires warranty claims to be routed through us; however, our role is limited strictly to:

  • Receiving your warranty request
  • Forwarding required information to Cal Spas or their service network
  • Communicating manufacturer updates when provided to us

InHouse Wellness does not:

  • Perform warranty service
  • Guarantee repair or response times
  • Guarantee availability of parts or technicians
  • Make decisions on coverage or eligibility
  • Control Cal Spas’ responsiveness or actions
  • Provide any warranty beyond the Cal Spas Limited Warranty

All repair authorizations, service approvals, and determinations of coverage are made exclusively by Cal Spas.

Manufacturer Responsibilities

Cal Spas alone is responsible for:

  • Evaluating warranty claims
  • Determining whether an issue is covered
  • Providing parts for covered repairs
  • Directing authorized service personnel
  • Establishing service timelines and scheduling
  • Deciding whether a repair, replacement, or alternative remedy is appropriate

InHouse Wellness cannot expedite or guarantee any manufacturer decision or service action.

Registration Requirement

To activate your warranty, you must register your spa directly with Cal Spas using the instructions in your owner’s manual or included documentation. Cal Spas determines whether a warranty is valid, registered, or eligible for coverage. Registration is the responsibility of the spa owner.

How to Request Warranty Assistance

    We will gather the necessary information (proof of purchase, serial number, photos, and issue description).
  2. We Submit the Claim to Cal Spas

    We forward your information to Cal Spas or their designated service provider.

    This administrative step does not constitute InHouse Wellness approving, denying, or guaranteeing warranty service.
  3. Cal Spas Determines Next Steps

    All timelines, technician assignments, repair options, and service decisions are dictated by Cal Spas according to their Limited Warranty.

InHouse Wellness is not responsible for any delays, lack of communication, limited technician availability, parts shortages, scheduling issues, or service outcomes.

Service Costs & Exclusions

Per the Cal Spas Limited Warranty, certain expenses may not be covered, including but not limited to:

  • Trip or travel fees
  • Spa access, removal, or re-installation
  • Freight or shipping charges
  • Services for non-warranty issues

Such costs, when applicable, are the responsibility of the spa owner and are not reimbursed by InHouse Wellness.
