Standard Delivery: Delivery for CalFlame products is typically made via curbside drop-off. Please note that customers are responsible for bringing the product inside once it has been delivered to the curb.

Estimated Shipping Time: Shipping typically takes 14-21 days, but may vary depending on the product and location. Delivery may extend up to 60 days based on supplier and shipping conditions.

Optional Delivery & Installation Services:

White Glove Service: For a more convenient delivery experience, you can upgrade to our White Glove Service. This service includes inside delivery to any room in your home, regardless of floor level. Please note that this service does not include unpacking, assembly, or installation. Additional fees apply, and 2–5 business days will be added for scheduling and coordination.

Premium Installation & Assembly: You may also opt for our Premium Installation Service, which includes White Glove Service plus full assembly and installation of your CalFlame product. This may include electrical work, such as wiring the product to a dedicated circuit. Additional labor costs apply for assembly and installation, which will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 3–10 business days for scheduling based on installer availability.

Damage During Shipping:

Not Liable for Damages: While we take great care in ensuring your product is shipped safely, we are not responsible for damage during shipping. If your product arrives damaged, please contact the freight carrier directly to file a claim.
