Return Policy on Scandia Manufacturing Products

Returns
Eligibility: Most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, gift certificate, or exchange, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging, and include all manufacturer's documentation.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

Previously installed equipment

Buckets and ladles

Back and head rests

Aromatherapy oils

Towels

Room kits (both modular and pre-cut)

Steam cabinets

Doors

Customized items

Return Process
Obtain Authorization: Before returning an item, contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. This includes costs incurred by Scandia Manufacturing.

Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt, Scandia Manufacturing will inspect the product to determine its condition. Refunds will be issued based on this assessment.

Order Cancellations
Pre-Cut Sauna Kits, Modular Sauna Rooms, Steam Rooms, Gas Sauna Heaters, Doors, and Custom-Made Items:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted.

Refusal of Delivery
UPS, USPS, FedEx, or RPS Deliveries:

If delivery is refused for reasons other than damaged merchandise or a shipping error by Scandia Manufacturing, a 15% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping charges will apply.

Commercial Freight Deliveries:

Refusals for reasons other than the above will incur a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping and rerouting costs.
Important Notes

Liability: Scandia Manufacturing's liability is limited to the invoice amount.

Shipping Delays: Scandia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping Charges: All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Scandia Manufacturing provides a 10-Year Limited Warranty on Ultra Sauna heaters for residential use, covering defects in materials and workmanship. For commercial installations, a 1-Year Warranty applies. Scandia Heater Warranty Key Terms: First-year repairs or replacements are free, excluding shipping. Years 2–10 cover parts only, excluding components like gas valves, heating elements, and thermostats. Misuse, improper installation, or neglect voids the warranty.
