1. Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty is available exclusively to the original purchaser of a sauna purchased through InHouseWellness and installed for indoor residential use within the United States. The warranty begins on the date of delivery and provides coverage for:

Covered Components:

✔ Structural Integrity – Protection against manufacturer defects affecting the balance, stability, or locking of wall panels.
✔ Electrical Components – Covers malfunctions in control panels, heating elements, and LED lighting due to normal use.
✔ Power Unit & Wiring – Coverage for manufacturer defects in power supplies or electrical components necessary for sauna operation.

Other Covered Items:

✔ Fuses, cables, and internal LED lights – Covered against defects in materials at the time of delivery.
✔ Accessories included with the sauna at purchase (e.g., cup holders, towel racks, door handles) – Covered for one year from the date of delivery.
✔ Audio systems (if equipped) – Speakers and amplifiers are covered against defects in materials for one year from delivery.

2. Warranty Exclusions & Void Conditions

This Limited Warranty is void if InHouseWellness, or its designated representative, determines that the sauna has been subjected to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

The Warranty is Void If:

❌ Outdoor Use – This warranty does not cover saunas placed, installed, or operated outdoors.
❌ Improper Installation – Installation on uneven ground, unstable flooring, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines voids coverage.
❌ Unauthorized Modifications – Use of non-InHouseWellness approved components, accessories, or electrical modifications will void the warranty.
❌ Water or Moisture Exposure – Saunas exposed to excess humidity, leaking roofs, water damage, or improper cleaning methods are not covered.
❌ Damage from External Elements – Damage caused by weather, pests, rodents, power surges, flooding, acts of nature, or improper ventilation is excluded.
❌ Commercial or Rental Use – This warranty is for residential use only. Commercial or rental use voids all coverage.
❌ Neglect or Improper Maintenance – Failure to clean and maintain the sauna according to the owner’s manual may result in loss of warranty coverage.

3. Warranty Claims & Resolution Process

To file a warranty claim, customers must:

📞 Contact customer support within 10 days of discovering the defect.

Warranty Claim Process:

1️⃣ Claim Review – Our team will review the claim and determine eligibility.
2️⃣ Resolution Offered:

• If covered, we will provide repair guidance, replacement parts, or a replacement unit of equal or lesser value.
• If a repair is deemed infeasible, InHouseWellness may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund, store credit, or replacement sauna.
• Labor fees, freight charges, and installation costs are not covered.

⚠ Freight & Service Fees:

• Customers must cover the cost of shipping replacement parts.
• If a sauna is replaced, the customer is responsible for freight and removal costs.

4. Labor & Service Costs

This warranty does not cover labor costs associated with:
🔹 Installation, removal, or reinstallation of any sauna components.
🔹 Electrical modifications, panel rewiring, or custom installation.
🔹 On-site service calls, diagnostic fees, or technician travel fees.

Customers are responsible for any service fees related to repairs, assembly, or labor costs for warranty-related issues.

5. Transferability & Duration

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• The warranty coverage period does not reset if a replacement sauna or part is provided.
• This warranty expires 3 years from the date of delivery and cannot be extended or renewed.

6. Limitation of Liability

🔹 InHouseWellness and its representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from sauna use, including lost profits, incidental damages, or consequential damages.
🔹 If a defect is covered under this warranty, the maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the sauna.
🔹 Customers waive all claims for loss of use, inconvenience, or expenses related to sauna downtime.

7. Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights. Additional rights may vary based on state laws. Some states do not allow exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so some of these limitations may not apply.
