Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

Return Policy:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
All returns require pre-approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the manufacturer.
Fees and Conditions:

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Refunds:

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds may be refused if the product is damaged, used, or not in compliance with the return terms.

We are committed to ensuring your order arrives efficiently and securely. Here’s what you can expect from our delivery process:

Shipping Timeline
Once your order is ready for shipment, it will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary based on your location:

West Coast: 3-5 business days
Midwest: 10-12 business days
East Coast: 14-16 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Scheduling Delivery
The freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a specific delivery date and time. Deliveries are arranged Monday through Friday, with a 4-hour delivery window. Please note that carriers do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Details

All shipments are delivered curbside or to the end of your driveway.
Your order will arrive on a wooden pallet, securely strapped and packaged to prevent damage.
Deliveries are made using 53-foot semi-trucks. For locations with limited access (e.g., narrow streets, cul-de-sacs, or low-hanging trees), we recommend requesting a box truck when scheduling your delivery.
Inspection Upon Arrival
Upon delivery, please inspect the exterior of the packaging for any visible damage such as scratches, dents, or large holes caused during transit.

Document any issues directly on the delivery receipt.
If significant damage is observed (e.g., softball-sized holes), refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.
You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the product at this stage.
Special Delivery Considerations
For locations with remote access, stairs, unpaved roads, or other unique circumstances, please contact us prior to shipping. The freight carrier must have the ability to turn around and safely unload your shipment. If delivery cannot be completed curbside, alternative arrangements may be required.

Important Notes

Carriers do not enter private property and cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
All last-minute changes or delays are managed by the carrier and may occur due to environmental or transit conditions.
