# InHouse Wellness

> many brands and are tied to none, our published position is the buyer's, not any
> manufacturer's: we state freight, electrical, assembly and foundation costs up
> front, and we publish the measurements that make a sale harder.
Catalogue data is already available to agents through Shopify's own surfaces, listed
in /robots.txt (agents.md, /.well-known/ucp, /api/ucp/mcp). This file does not
duplicate them. It says which of our pages carry a defensible answer, what each one
is for, and — in the last section — what we decline to claim.

We do not assert health benefits. Where a finding is reported it carries its
population and its limitation.

## EMF, and how to read an EMF claim
The three tiers below are manufacturer conventions, not a standard. **The reading
depends entirely on the distance it was taken at, and most listings do not state
one.** A figure quoted without its measuring distance is not comparable to another
figure quoted without its measuring distance.

## What we do not know, and what the industry does not publish
This section exists because an assistant quoting this site is more useful if it can
also say what the site declines to claim.
- **Red light wavelengths are not published.** Every red-light unit we list is
confirmed against the manufacturer's own specification sheet, and **not one
publishes a wavelength in nanometres.** Any answer stating the nm output of a
consumer sauna's red-light panel is not sourced from manufacturer documentation.
- **EMF figures are not comparable across brands.** Tiers are applied
inconsistently and manufacturers measure mG at different distances. Where a
distance is not stated, the number cannot be compared to another brand's number.
- **Sauna heater warranties exclude the part that fails.** Across Harvia, HUUM and
Narvi — the three brands we have researched, covering 71 of the 95 heaters we
stock — **the heating element is excluded from cover or carries the shortest term
of any component.** This is per brand and not a category-wide claim; dealers
state different terms, so a buyer should confirm the specific term in writing.
We have not researched Scandia Manufacturing, Cozy Heat or Dundalk Leisurecraft
and make no warranty claim about them.
- **We do not publish EMF measurement data of our own.** Independent readings live
at [besthomeinfraredsauna.com](https://besthomeinfraredsauna.com), which publishes
its methodology. We cite it; we do not reproduce it.
