Order Cancellations
Within 14 Days of Order Entry: Orders can be canceled without penalty.
After 14 Days: A $65 cancellation fee applies.

Within 7 Days of Ship Date: Orders cannot be canceled.
Canadian Timber Collection Products: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a $65 cancellation fee; after 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed.
Order Changes

Order Entry: Changes can be made without penalty.

After 14 Days: A $75 change fee applies for any edits, including adding or removing items, updating shipping addresses, or altering shipping methods.

Within 7 Days of Ship Date: Orders cannot be changed.

After Shipment: Address changes incur a $275 fee.

Canadian Timber Collection Products: Changes can be made within 24 hours for a $75 change fee; after 24 hours, no changes are permitted.

Returns
Dundalk Leisurecraft maintains a no-return policy due to the high cost of returning products internationally. However, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Condition Requirements: Products must be returned in their original packaging and new condition for inspection. Dundalk Leisurecraft reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on product condition.
Refusal of Delivery
If a product delivery is refused and requires resale, the following applies:

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all rerouting and shipping costs to the new delivery location.

Delivery Method: Products are typically delivered via curbside drop-off. The carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date. Please note that delivery will be made to the end of your driveway or curb. You will be responsible for bringing the product inside once it has been dropped off.

Unloading: If the crate is less than 92 inches (7 feet), the trucking company may provide lift gate service to assist with unloading. For larger crates, you’ll need to arrange for unloading with equipment like a forklift or tilt tow truck.

Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery time for products is typically 14-21 days, but please note that some products made to order may extend to 90-120 days due to manufacturing and shipping conditions.

Estimated Shipping Time: The estimated shipping time provided on the InHouse Wellness product page is typically accurate. However, if you would like confirmation or more specifics about your delivery, feel free to text, email, or call us, and we'll provide the most up-to-date information.

Damaged Shipments: While we take great care to ensure safe delivery, if the crate arrives damaged, please accept the shipment but note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL). Take photos of any visible damage and contact InHouse Wellness immediately to initiate a claim with Dundalk Leisurecraft.

Customer Responsibilities: Please ensure you are available to receive the delivery and prepared to unload the product. Depending on the size and weight of your product, you may need special equipment or assistance to unload it.

Leisurecraft offers a 5-year residential warranty on their sauna heaters, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
