Our order process is designed to ensure that you receive the highest quality service. Here is how it works:
- Order Verification: Once you place an order, we verify availability with manufacturers or authorized distributors within our network.
- Payment Authorization: If the product is available, we will then charge your card on file.
- Order Placement: After successful payment authorization, your order is placed with the relevant supplier for fulfillment.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates may vary depending on the geographic location of the manufacturer or distributor and your delivery address.
- Delivery Estimates: The fulfillment time required by our suppliers can vary, but it generally takes up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped. We will provide an estimated delivery date once your order is shipped, but please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may depend on various factors outside of our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track the delivery status via the carrier’s website.
4. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the United States. All orders are shipped domestically from the manufacturers or authorized distributors directly to the customer.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
InhouseWellness.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
InhouseWellness.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
