Dundalk Leisurecraft generally does not accept returns due to high cross-border costs. In exceptional cases where a return is necessary, the following conditions apply:

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses to return the product to the factory.

Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

It's important to note that customer refusal to accept delivery will incur a 15% restocking fee, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping and rerouting costs if the item is reshipped to another address.

The Polar Plunge Tub by Dundalk Leisurecraft is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of five (5) years from the date of receipt by the original end-user consumer. Exclusions: Normal wear and tear and natural weather conditions are not covered under this warranty. The warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, or failure to perform regular maintenance as outlined in the product's assembly manual.
