Dreampod offers a limited warranty for their Ice Bath Series products: Inflatable PVC Material Construction: Covered for six (6) months from the date of retail purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Electronic and Mechanical Components: Including the pump, chiller unit, filtration system, and computer systems, are covered for one (1) year from the date of retail purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or external factors such as floods or fires. Additionally, the cost of returning the product to Dreampod is the customer's responsibility.
